My room has the Balcony which I’d be more then happy to let you chill on!! I came from another state & rented a room out here in LA myself for a few yrs before I moved up so I know how it is, I treat others how they treat me 💯

On street Parking and Laundry is off site 1 1/2 minutes down the street!
