I have a private bedroom available in a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Lemon Valley.

The house is clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful place to come home to after work or school. You’ll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, a shared kitchen with a refrigerator, and all the essentials.

The room comes furnished with a bed and a dresser.

For utilities, you can either pay a flat $50 monthly utility fee or split the water and electricity bills at the end of each month. Everything else is included.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, easygoing, and willing to help keep the shared spaces tidy.

No pets. Single occupancy only. Occasional guests are welcome with prior approval.
