1 Bedroom with shared bathroom for sublease. This location adjoins up to almost 30 miles of trail in the foothills of the front range in Colorado. It is tucked away in the farming community on the northwest side of Fort Collins with no vehicle traffic at the back of neighborhood. Parking is onsite, laundry onsite, water paid by the tenant and trash paid by me(the roommate).

The house also has AC and heating. There is a large backyard with a fire-pit available for use and a shed to store tools in and store a bike. Additionally, the sublease will have access to half of my raised bed garden and be able to grow whatever they would like in it.

I’m a 2 28 yr old male with a border collie who is 10 years old and very nice. I like to bike, backpack, trail run, climb, play music, read, and hang with friends. I work for the City of Fort Collins, Natural Areas and do trail maintenance on the 102 miles of trail that the city owns!
