I have a room available in a 2 bed, 1.5 bath condo near Cheesman Park. The common areas are shared, and while we’ll each have our own private toilet and sink, we’ll share the shower.

The room is available now, measures 9ft x 15ft, and can be fully furnished, partially furnished or left empty based on your preference. It has a good-sized closet, plenty of natural light, and views of the park. Enough space to set up a reading nook and/or desk.

Rent: $950/month. Deposit: $1,000 All utilities are included in the rent except for electricity and parking. Electric, if split two ways, is typically $20.00-50.00 per person depending on usage. Parking: underground garage or an off street parking spot next to the building. This will be at additional cost of $50.00-100.00 Lease term: I am open to a short term lease of 3 to 6 months but, ideally, I’d like to find a long term roommate. Pets: Considered. Smoking/Drugs: Not allowed

I’m looking for a female roommate who is a like-minded, working professional. Ideally, someone who doesn’t work remotely would be a great fit (I work from home). This setup would be perfect for a traveling nurse, teacher, or flight attendant.

I’m a female in my early 40s, a teacher turned an educational sales consultant. I don’t have pets and enjoy swing dancing, hiking, yoga, reading, and home improvement projects.

Finding a compatible roommate is important to me. I’m clean, respectful, laid back, responsible, outgoing, young minded, respectful of all, and experienced at living with others. I look for the same characteristics in a potential housemates. Hopefully, we get along well and maybe even become friends, but that’s not a requirement.
