The house is 12 min walking distance from Publix, dollar tree, Starbucks, a smoke shop, and other small businesses/restaurants. Walmart and Target are a 5-7 min drive away. Brand new CRUNCH fitness just opened 12 min drive away. Home is located 10 min drive from deerfield beach pier off of US1. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

COST: $975/mo ALL INCLUSIVE. There will be 300$ security deposit collected at move in which will be returned to you upon move out.

AMENITIES: WiFi and trash/water are included with base rent. Laundry on site. Driveway parking available for 1 car. All kitchen appliances are brand new. Washer/dryer brand new. There are 2 large fruit producing mango trees on the property that you are welcome to eat fruit from (when in season). There is also a coconut tree that you are welcome to eat fruit from. Main area floors and bathroom cleaned weekly (or more). House also has fenced in backyard and patio.

SHARED SPACES: Bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio are shared.

PET FRIENDLY: There is 1 trained rescue dog on premises that will not be in your space. You must be OK with dog in some main areas occasionally.

Month to month agreement. 30 days notice to move out.
