It’s a corner apartment on the 3rd floor so no noisy neighbors next to or above (or below honestly). The room itself is big but unfurnished. The rest of the apartment (kitchen, living room, bathroom, etc.) are all furnished. Only 1 roommate with a separate bedroom but shared bathroom. Lease price posted is month-to-month rate but there is a cheaper year long option as well. Room available starting May 1st!

Only 1 roommate who has a separate bedroom. She is incredibly kind, polite, and respectful. She’s a BioHealth Sciences major with a specialization in Dentistry. She is also in a sorority currently so she is busy often with other responsibilities. She loves plants, going to the gym, and baking/cooking. Truly a really wonderful person 💗
