theres 3 open rooms on your sife of the house, you can use 2. they can be furnished or not… theres hi-speed wifi, the Family room TV has a firestick w all streaming services, you can park in driveway, backyard has BBQ. Its a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. while im very social, I dont normally entertain guests.

1. LAYOUT: Im the only occupant, the floor plans split- shaped like “U” - your rooms on the top left side, my room is on top right side, front room, kitchen & family room connect the “U” at bottom. its easy to convene at the front room social table, or watch TV in family room together, but we’d both have to make a little effort. The space is naturally separated, private from each other, hearing each other from our bedrooms is nearly impossible. I never play music, have the TV on loud, we often wont know if the others home. I to maintain a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, half my work is at home on computer. i keep it tranquil. I go out often- dining, concerts/standup, entertainment. My social circles abnormally large, i meet people out regularly, but never bring people back at night, and almost never entertain guests in home. its been yrs since iv had 3 people over at the same time, and im not interested in a party atmosphere.
2. BOOZE the kitchen has a liquor cabinet, inside of it, youll find liquor. if knowing that causes angst, we prob wont be a good fit. youll never see me hammered or buzzed, if 3 weeks in im awed how quickly you emptied that cabinet, we prob arent a good fit either. id like someone who drinks, whose drinking i never notice or think about.
3. SMOKE pretty simple- dont care what you smoke, if its vape/wax you can do it inside, if it requires fire and smokes, go to the patio.
