Home built in 2022. The floor plan has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a three car garage. Beautiful Walk Around Island conveniently sits between the Great Room and the Kitchen making it a gathering place for both rooms. Three bedrooms are on one side of the home and the Owner’s Suite is on the other side. I am a professional, recently divorced, single father. My 5 year old son lives with me full time. I have two spare bedrooms and am looking for the right fit in a roommate. I’m open to another single parent with a child. A background check will be run on any potential roommate.
