Private room available in our home! Rent is $900 including utilities. The room is about 100-120sqft (not the largest size I know), sharing a bathroom with one other female roommate. Preferably looking for a clean, quiet, female roommate (no smoking, no pets). This is a 4-bedroom, 3 bath home (2 bedrooms ~your room~ on one side sharing a bathroom, master on the other side of the house, and a basement ADU ~rented to another tenant~). Kitchen and living room are the common area in the main level and are fully furnished. The space is shared with the other female roommate and myself. Recently remodeled kitchen with upgraded insulation and new windows. Big backyard and plenty of street parking. The home is location in Windsor Hills, a quiet and safe area with mostly families and elders. Shared washer/dryer in the garage. Close to Seattle/Bellevue, Southcenter mall, IKEA and grocery stores. Near the I-405 for fast freeway access, but still far enough that there is not a lot of audible traffic noise.

I’m an engineer who works most the time. I like to travel and hike. I’m super quiet and respectful. I don’t smoke. I’m very open to talking and communicating on what needs to be done and how to respect each other’s boundaries as roommates. Looking forward to meeting my future roommate!
