Room available in older but quaint building, three laundry rooms, parking in the back of the building, and a great roommate! I have an older cat and therefore no pets please. I’ve lived here 22 years and the neighbors are fantastic. There is a courtyard with new patio furniture. I’ve attached pictures of the bedroom, which unfortunately is occupied. I wanted to show the size of the room. The large closet is behind the curtains. I pay LA DWP and So Cal Gas and provide Wi-Fi.
