This property is safe and secure. It has a gym, clubhouse, and a pool. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit, and a balcony as well. The roommate would have full use of kitchen. The rent for the roomie is 1500 including all utilities.

The rent here is 3088.00 per month and does not include any utilities. (utilities are sewage, water, electricity and gas) I am willing to negotiate the rent depending on the circumstance. The roommate would have her own bedroom and bathroom. I don’t want any smokers of any kind. No pets of any kind.

I am Looking for a female who is quiet, respectful, and honest. I work during the week and I relax on the weekends. I do wake up very early so I don’t stay up late during the week. I’m looking for someone who will pay their bills, and also respects the fact that I need to wake up at 5:30 AM every day to go to work. I enjoy cooking organic foods, listening to music, and travelling. On the weekends, I enjoy going out and having some fun. Sometimes, I just like hanging out at home too.
