Hi! Thanks for your interest. The room’s approx 12ft x 12ft with an additional closet size of 12ft x2ft Very spacious! Already comes with a bed (with side table) + desk + mini fridge + closet storage unit (subject to change/ or removal upon request)
Great dimmable white/amber dimmable lights and a great view of the bay! This room’s also equipped with a projector screen that doubles as the window blinds for an almost blackout blinds setup.
The contract includes all utilities included, and one parking space in the middle of the driveway.
House policy is everyone splits chores equally (cleaning, trash,etc) if you have any questions please let me know!
The property includes a shared commons area, main shared bathroom on the second floor, half bathroom on the first floor, laundry room on the first floor.
About the roomies
