All bills are included in the rent. The house is over 2000 square feet so there is a lot of space. Security system is included. The house has a new washer, dryer and refrigerator. It is a quiet neighborhood with a park only a short walk away. The living room will be furnished with a couch, tv console and tv. Big back yard and on a corner lot so no need to worry about parking. This is for a small room that was converted from the garage. Ideally for someone that is often at work and just needs a temporary room. This room PRICE is NEGOTIABLE and we can talk about the term length and price for the room.

There are currently three roomies living at the house and one of them is a lady and the other two are younger gentlemen. Very clean roomies and easy to get along with.
