Hi! Iām looking for two roommates (female, 20s) to renew my lease with, since my two of my roommates are moving to the city :( The apartment is a 3BR 2 Bath in Soho Lofts a luxury apt building on the border of JC and Hoboken. One room has a private bathroom.
Free shuttle rides to the Hoboken path (by Green Rock). Building amenities include pool, gym (open now!), sauna, roof deck with fire pits & grills, movie theater, concierge, etc. Unit includes washer dryer and modern appliances. The building has a parking garage - street parking is also available.
About the roomies
I work in sales in North Jersey. I graduated from IU two years ago! I go out in the city most weekends, but would love to have roommates to do Hoboken with too :)
