The apartment’s got a spacious living room flowing with natural light, a separate dining area, and a bonus den/office space.

The kitchen? Big enough to channel your inner chef, and the shared bathroom is roomy enough for two. Laundry? Easy peay. It’s in unit, which a rare find in these vintage apartments, and it’s actually the only unit in the building with in-unit laundry!

Your room is a snug-but-functional 9x10 ft. space that fits a queen bed, dresser, and a side table. There’s also a walk-in closet with even more vertical space for all your storage dreams.

The unit will be mostly furnished with living room furniture, a dining table and chairs, and all the kitchen stuff you could need (pots, pans, plates, you name it).

I’m more than happy to adjust and make space if there’s anything you’d like to bring with you. You’d just need to furnish your room and bring any office equipment you’d like.

Bonus: I’ve got a walking pad, rowing machine, weights, and other fitness gear that you’re welcome to use if you like to stay active!

Rent includes water and trash/recycling, and we’ll split gas, electricity, and internet. Also, no security deposit!

Hi! I’m Ty, and I’m 34. I’ve lived in this amazing unit for over 6 years, sometimes with awesome roommates and sometimes by myself. My amazing current roommate is moving out at the end of March, and I’d love to meet another brilliant person to share this space with!

By day, I’m a communications professional specializing in client relationship management. By night, I’m cooking and trying to force feed you like a grandma, dancing like no one’s watching, trying to read three different books at the same time, staying active, and being the occasional potato while binging a great TV show. I keep things clean and tidy without being a neat freak, so don’t sweat the occasional clutter.

I’m looking for a laid-back roommate who doesn’t take life too seriously but is still mindful of others and their environment, and wouldn’t mind the occasional hangout; cooking together, watching a show, or maybe take a jaunt to the lake, coffee shop, or wine bar!

That said, I totally get the need for personal space and always try to be mindful and respectful. Not expecting us to become BFFs, but I definitely don’t want us to be strangers under one roof.
