The condo is a gated community off of Wilson Blvd next to the highway both north and south. The condo we have three bedroom two bath .With a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, living room ,dining room and a small balcony.

My husband (34)and I (Female 30 )are looking for a roommate to help with the rent. we are a chill couple ,we don’t like drama and we won’t be in your business. We already have a current roommate (Female 32) in one of the rooms and who you will be sharing a bathroom with. They are very chill and friendly and cleanliness is never an issue . The extra room we have is private and is furnished. About us : we are all into video games and love to binge watch Netflix shows. Are ideal roommate would be someone who is quiet, tidy and friendly. We also have two cats Fat boy(male) and Cha Cha(Female) who are very friendly and sweet . You must like cats! No other pets allowed plz! Also there is No smoking allowed under any circumstances (including cannabis.) No heavy perfume/cologne, candles ,incense and glade plug-in scents etc ( our other roommate has very bad asthma so plz be respectful Ty 🤗.)
