3 bedroom 3.5 bath house you have your own room and share upstairs bathroom with one other roommate that just moved in she’s very quiet keeps to herself .There is free street parking or parking inside with parking barcode just be aware of the time limit. Limited access to the kitchen we prefer someone who uses the kitchen lightly free to use our appliances as long as your respectful and clean with them make coffee or use the microwave,we give you a shelf in the pantry for dry goods if you need it. The living room is were we leave our small dog during the day while we are at work she’s friendly and when we are home it’s our sons playground so we spend 80% of our time in the living room . We have a washer and dryer upstairs you can use it once a week for regular load, we ask big blankets or heavy items be washed at outside laundromat. My wife and I work 5days a week usually home by 8pm we are chill quiet easy to get along with looking for a similar Roomate that’s respectful clean works hard and uses our home to rest and relax, no drugs weapons or bad habits.

Then on our time off we enjoy music and dancing and being with family and friends.
