This is a private bedroom with a 50/50 shared/private bathroom in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. I’m a single dad and I share custody of my kids 50/50 so they are with me every other week (or 2 weeks per month). When they aren’t with me I work a lot so you would have the second bathroom and the house to yourself much of the time, but I’m sure my dog and cat would appreciate having someone around 😁. The room is a 10x10 bedroom with a closet and an additional built in storage cabinet. It was an office when I took the pictures but currently empty so not furnished…I do have a queen size air mattress, a futon and/or a nightstand available temporarily for no additional charge. House is on a quiet cul-de-sac street so there’s very limited traffic. It’s in a very convenient location to downtown, airport, shopping, etc. 41, 54, Dale Mabry and veterans expressway all close. There’s a lake in back of house with lots of wild life and a floating doc. All utilities included: electric, ac/heat, water,cable,Internet,trash. Full kitchen with all appliances, bbq grill outside, parking in driveway. Additional secure storage sheds available. MUST be kid and pet friendly!…My kids are 14 and 9 but they are very well behaved, quiet and responsible. I have one small dog and a cat, both are also very well behaved like my kids. So if you don’t mind pets and 2 quiet kids (part time) you’ll love the place, it’s safe, quiet, and fun. Come check out the property and you’ll see for yourself.
