Two guys have four bedroom house. Looking to rent out the third bedroom, The fourth bedroom is my office. Pretty private backyard, private hot tub, you’d share one bathroom with one other person. Close to everything, light rail is less than a mile away. No pets unless it’s a caged animal in your room. Two dogs already left here. Off street parking.

Looking for other chill guys to rent a room. Private house, on a lake. Plenty of storage. The room is furnished with a queen size bed and two dressers. One roommate just stays in his room and you never hear or see him. There is a second living room that can be utilized to watch TV as well.
