About the room
Very nice, modern space, built in 2020. They have a nice pool on the roof, really nice working space with a coffee machine and Wifi. They have indoor parking behind a gate and an EV charging station.
The room itself is 12’.8“ X 9’.2“ with a large walk-in closet and large connected bathroom. It also has a great view of the sunset! (there is someone occupying now who will be leaving).
The current roommate has offered to leave their bed if needed, otherwise, it can be removed.
What I am looking for: Preferably a single male who is clean and quiet. no pets please.
I have couches and a carpet in the living space
The lease lasts until Feb 1 2027.
About the roomies
I am by myself, I am clean, quiet and respectful; over all I am laid back. I enjoy watching football, playing video games, working out and going to the beach. I work for a financial management company as an operations manager.
