Prime Location: West Frisco, 5 minutes drive to Dallas Tollway, 15 minutes to Toyota new site. 3 minutes to nearby Walmart. Costco, Super Target, Downtown Frisco, Toyota Stadium, Stonebriar Center, Ikea are all a few miles away.

Prestigious Community: Nice, beautiful and safe neighborhood, with gym and swimming pool, park and jogging trail, and a lot of fun events in community park and pavillion.

The House: Brand new house built in 2018. 5 Bedroom and 4 bathrooms. We have two toddlers, so please don’t apply if you mind that.

Your Room: 2nd floor bedroom (160 sqft plus your own bathroom and walk-in closet), high vaulted ceiling. A full-size bed can be furnished if you like. Room 3 for rent.

You can access to: Kitchen: simple meal after 18:30-19:30, please clean promptly after use Laundry room Refrigerator

We are looking for: A professional who works in the office during the week. Keep the room and public area clean. Educated, quiet, no smoking, no pets. No shoes in the house.
