House Culture: CLEAN & considerate - awareness that common spaces are SHARED spaces so we make an effort to keep them clean and neat for the next person.
Friendly & Welcoming - love to chit chat and make friends with everyone, schedule the occasional group meal, have impromptu hangouts, etc. Though you are also welcome to go chill in your room for introvert time of course. Also friends, family, and partners are welcome to visit :)

House rules: STRICT kitchen cleaning rules: Channeling our inner girl scouts, we leave the kitchen cleaner than we found it. Quiet hours: 10pm to 6am on weeknights. No smoking, no pets Guests and groups are welcome! BUT no loud/crazy parties. It’s a quiet neighborhood and I don’t want to make enemies of my neighbors :/
