I’m renting out a spacious, furnished room with an ocean theme in my semi‑detached home. The neighborhood is quiet most of the year, with a bit more activity in the summer.

Month‑to‑month lease

Rent Options: Standard monthly rent OR discounted rent available for someone willing to help with light household chores (indoor and outdoor). Examples: sweeping, wiping surfaces, organizing, light yard work, watering plants, simple upkeep. Helping with the dogs (feeding/water, taking them out).

(No heavy lifting, medical care, or anything unsafe).

Rent & Terms: First month’s rent + one‑month security deposit required Rent due on the 1st of each month (pro‑rated for partial months) 6‑day grace period $25 late fee per week if rent is late Forms of payment will be discussed later.

I am a 56 year old born again Christian, widowed since 2016, I have lots of hobbies crafting, writing , singing , playing my instruments. I work from home during the week 9-5 pm , work Saturday 9-5. and off on Thursdays and Sunday. I try to clean the house on Thursdays and Fridays and do laundry at that time so the weekend is not filled with work as well. I have two small dogs that love people. If you love dogs this is the place for you. Must be non smoker, no heavy scented perfumes I have a lot of issues with smell and sounds that can cause migraines, I am gluten free. I will share cupboard and fridge space. I even have a mini fridge in basement if you prefer to use that instead, I also a chest freezer in the basement that I can share as well.
