Spacious room furnished room with an ocean theme. I live in a semi detached house. I have a w/d that’s included in rent. The area is quiet for the most part, it’s can be noisy in the summer. This is the first of trying to rent to anyone so Let’s do a trial on a month to month basis and see if we can tolerate each other. Month to month lease First month rent and one month deposit required. Rent due the first of every month, pro rated for partial month. Six day grace period for late payment $25 fee for each week rent is late. PayPal, Venmo accepted.

I am a 55 year old born again Christian, widowed since 2016, I have lots of hobbies crafting, writing , singing , playing my instruments. I work from home during the week 9-5 pm , work Saturday 9-5. and off on Thursdays and Sunday. I try to clean the house on Thursdays and Fridays and do laundry at that time so the weekend is not filled with work as well. I have two small dogs that love people. If you love dogs this is the place for you. Must be non smoker, no heavy scented perfumes I have a lot of issues with smell and sounds that can cause migraines, I am gluten free. I will share cupboard and fridge space. I even have a mini fridge in basement if you prefer to use that instead.
