Furnished primary bedroom + ensuite bathroom. Lake Street & Orange in Downtown HB, about 2 blocks to the beach. 🌊 Available October, 2026. (Late September)
Rent $1750 (plus shared utilities ~ $100/pp = electric, internet, water/trash, and 1 garage parking space; furniture includes—queen-size platform bed + mattress, etageres, dresser, smart tv, not included: gray chair). Short-term leases OK. **Deposit to hold, plus signed lease and 1st month’s rent are required for move-in. ***Deposit includes cleaning fee (details later).
Shared living room, kitchen, patio, in-house laundry (full size washer and dryer). Shared refrigerator in kitchen. Bedroom and closet are ample. Great buildings with friendly neighbors. (FYI: I work from home a couple days a week in the shared living room. I have AirPods, but I’m usually on calls. Heads up if you WFH too.)
You must have legit proof of income. No couples or little ones, please. Background check will apply. Female roommate only. Thanks!
