About the Space: Furnished with a king-size bed and desk. $950/month – all utilities included. Shared hallway bathroom. Kitchen access, but best for someone who doesn’t cook often. Quiet, family-friendly home with a relaxed atmosphere. Flexible lease term: Ideally looking for someone to stay through Feb 28, 2027, but open to shorter or longer stays
Although in a quiet neighborhood, everything you need is nearby. Access to San Tan freeway (202) and the 101 is minutes away. Lots of shopping and restaurants with Chandler Fashion Center mall and downtown Chandler nearby.
No couples. No smoking. No pets.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the home with me and my boyfriend, and his two kids (ages 12 & 14) with us part time. We’re looking for one person who works outside the home, has a stable job, and values a peaceful living space.
