1 Bedroom in 4 BR house, large yard. Split level with 3 BR’s upstairs, full bath upstairs, and 3/4 bath downstairs. The east facing patio has a nice, enclosed canopy blocking the wind. I like to cook and it’s easier when cooking for more than 1. Smoking in the garage and enclosed canopy. No smoking in the house!!
About the roomies
2 Current males, 60+ without dog. No more than 3 people will live here. One roomie is retired and typically stays busy out of the house during the day. The other works 4 10 hour days a week.
