The property is a condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property has a swimming pool and BBQ area. It’s close to the Mission Valley shopping centers, it’s a nice neighborhood that is very quiet. The condo gets a lot of daylight in the living room and the balcony. The balcony has a view of the San Diego River. The laundry is not in the unit, I frequent a laundry mat nearby. The bathroom is not attached to the room but would be your own private bathroom.

I am a single woman who does not have people over to my home often. I am ok with a roommate having someone over for a weekend or every once in a while, I would prefer my future roommate not to have someone over every day. I speak 3 languages fluently: Chinese, German, and English. I love to be outside playing tennis, going on long walks, hiking, and bicycling. I also love to travel. I don’t cook often, but I do love to eat out! I prefer everything to be clean and organized at home. I am currently studying for my PhD in Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and herbology. I would love a roommate who is also currently studying so we could have study sessions together. I own a rental property that has me traveling frequently, which means most of the time I’m out of town.
