Rare opportunity! Current roommate moving out of state! Master bedroom available for rent June 1, 2026, in gated condo community in central location near shopping centers, restaurants, and airport. Property amenities include pool, hot tub, and small fitness center. Property quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am. Pool hours are 8am to sunset and small fitness center is 24 hours. HOA does require a minimum stay of 90 days and up to 30 days to process an application. HOA application fees are $300. I don’t have cable but have several subscription services that you would have access to living here. I am a surgical assistant during the week and have a weekend job as well. I have a dog named Tuna, he has his own room and is crated when I am away. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed. We are clean, quiet, and easy to get along with. Night shift roommates welcome, Previous roommate was night shift and it was perfect, no complaints from either in regards to noise or trouble sleeping. Have had roommates who worked various schedules and happy to have whatever.
