For rent is a room at Park West Apartment Homes in Block 801. You will be sharing the room with one other male. All genders are welcome, as long as you are clean and responsible! Includes your own shared bathroom as well.
Rent is $510 a month, with utilities and internet running ~$15 a month for a total of about $525 a month. Lease is for one year starting July, but we can work something out if you need to move later. Perfect for the summer or academic year!
Less than a minute walk from all amenities, including pool, tennis and basketball courts, gym, and laundry rooms. And less than 2 miles from UCI!
