Medium-sized private bedroom available in the three bedroom house I rent a room in. Located in Long Beach near El Dorado park. Internet and utilities included, large backyard with a few chickens roaming. Quiet, potty-trained, friendly dogs welcome. Kitchen and living room access. Washer/dryer in home. Ample street parking and shared driveway. One shared bathroom with myself and one other roomie. In the interest of being transparent, there is no AC and summers get hot in this house. Recommend getting a portable AC for your room when the time comes. We are actively working to make it a cuter/cleaner space and any additions you have in mind would probably be welcome to make this place feel more like home.

I am a 33 y/o nursing school graduate (Dec 2024) currently prepping for my NCLEX and trying to land my first RN job. I have a small, quiet, and sweet chihuahua mix named Libby. Jeremy is a 34 y/o male, quiet and considerate who stays at home. We usually keep to ourselves and enjoy a calm environment.
