The house is a small (1,200 SF), 2-bedroom 1-bathroom house in downtown Atlanta. The driveway can fit 2-3 cars parked bumper to bumper, with more street parking available on the side street.

The house is fully furnished including bedroom furniture, and includes ample storage space, electric HVAC and stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. There is also a security system with cameras in the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

The bedroom includes a memory foam mattress, storage drawers under the bed, and a closet.

I do have a cat, Ham (see photos). You must be okay with living with a cat. Sorry, but no other animals allowed. Ham can’t tolerate other furry roommates.

I’m a 35-year old freelance personal trainer with a 4-year old cat (Hamilton). I’m looking for a reliable, responsible roommate to help share housing expenses. I work 10-12 hour days Monday through Thursday and volunteer on weekends at local theaters, women’s hiking groups, and board game meetups. I’m usually awake at 7:00 AM, get home around 9:00 PM, and am asleep by 9:30/10:00 PM daily.

When I’m home, I like the house to be quiet and clean. My home is my calm sanctuary away from a long, physical job. When I’m home, I’m usually either reading a book or watching TV - a very quiet, boring life.

My ideal roommate is someone similar to me - quiet, clean, non-smoking, respectful, and of course they need to like cats.
