About the room
Location, Location, Location! Immerse yourself in the charm of south Evanston with this rare opportunity to rent a luxurious master suite in a renovated 150-year-old historic home. The suite is very private and has a separate entrance through the back door. It is fully furnished, perfect for traveling nurses, physicians, and other professionals who are in Evanston/Chicago area for a short period of time. Couples are welcome. Month-to-month option available.
The suite is located on the 2nd floor and has a large bedroom with a CA king poster bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a versatile office room/sunroom complete with the desk and pull out couch/bed, perfect for relaxation or work. The private bathroom is a haven of luxury, featuring exquisite white marble, two sinks, a large stand-up shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. For your entertainment, a TV with Roku is available for private movie nights. The master suite has its own little fridge, microwave and electric cattle. You are welcome also use the kitchen on the 1st floor of the main house.
The location of the house is highly convenient, with a 15-minute walk to Evanston downtown, where you’ll find vibrant shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants. The beautiful lakefront, bike/running path along the lake, and Lee Street beach are just an 18-minute walk away. Public transportation is easily accessible, with the CTA Purple Line and Metra Stops within a 12-minute walk. A 25-minute Metra train ride will take you to Ogilvie Station in downtown Chicago. Nearby, you’ll find grocery stores such as Jewel, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Valley Produce, all within walking distance. Northwestern University is approximately 1.2 miles away, Evanston Hospital is 2 miles away, St Francis Hospital is 1 mile away, and Northshore Skokie Hospital is 4.2 miles away.

About the roomies
The other 5 bedrooms of the house are occupied by family members and roommates. A cat named Bullit lives in the living room on the 1st floor. I travel a lot with my 2 adorable puppies and only live part-time in the house, but there will be always someone to assist you.
