Large private room with high ceilings in 3 story penthouse with fabulous huge terraces. Have 1st floor to self and use of kitchen living area and terrace on second floor and patio on 3rd floor. On a quiet street on the UES; tons of restaurants and shops.

I am a 55 year old woman. I run a not for profit for writers and work late and travel a lot. I have two college aged kids who occasionally come home to visit.
