Utilities: I have you covered when it comes to utilities! The rent includes all essential services such as electricity, gas, AC, water, internet, waste management, and laundry facilities.

About the room: The room is a fully furnished modern private room. This room is equipped with high-end finishes, ensuring your comfort and satisfaction.

Parking: The rent does not include onsite parking. There is plenty of street parking available. If you would like to park on the driveway, it will be an extra $50 a month making the rent $1,100

No parties are allowed, However, you are welcome to have small get-togethers with friends in the backyard, as long as you obtain permission from me in advance.
