About the room

Beautiful and spacious with lots of windows and natural lighting! There’s an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, a pool, a balcony, and some pretty great neighbors. The sense of community is awesome, and everyone’s quiet. I always feel safe. :) I’ve lived here in the past, and coming back has been fantastic. It’s within walking distance of downtown, but not too overtly close that it’s problematic. And the Nature Conservancy Park is directly behind it! Parking’s never an issue, and this unit is in the best location of the complex.

Everything’s already furnished besides the available room (the bedrooms pictured are my room and the one with the tiny table is the available room which is the same size as mine, also with a nice window and huge closet, but I will move the furniture out!). The bathroom’s in the middle, and the laundry’s next to it. The floors are laminate, so it’s easy to keep everything nice. And there’s a TV in the living room with Netflix/etc. You also don’t have to worry about dishes etc. (I’ve got a requisite TON of appliances).

About the roomies

I’m a teacher, and 36-years-old so I don’t get into anything crazy. I’m a non-smoker, but I don’t mind if you do outside. I do have a dog named Malcolm! I got him about ten years ago as a rescue, and he’s the absolute sweetest dude in the world. He’s pretty much always by my side, so he won’t bother you- and to be honest sleeps for the vast majority of the day at this point (but also serves as an excellent alarm system). Walking him around the park behind after work is the best part of my day. I’m also ridiculously clean, you’ll never smell anything besides lavender etc. And I’m extremely chill and accepting. :)

I’m from Miami Beach, so being here is a CHANGE! But in a good way. I also studied Journalism/Literature at UF (and later law school), and lived in Spain for a handful of years- traveling is awesome. I stick to myself, and am respectful- your life is your life, and your space is your space. But if you ever want to be social, I’m here for that too.
