About the room
Located on Pensacola NAS in base housing. The base does not allow military to room with civilians, so you must be either a veteran, retiree or DOD civilian with base access.
About the roomies
I am a 58-year-old DOD civilian and Air Force veteran who wanted to reside in base housing for the many conveniences offered in base housing. It is only me in a 3-BR place and has tons of storage space. I’m VERY neat and clean, and believe in keeping the common areas clean. I like the house to be quiet during the hours of 10pm-6am.
I will only be renting one room, but can offer it furnished or unfurnished. The furniture shown in the rental room is the other half of furniture in my room and can be put in my room, if necessary. Currently in the unfurnished room, I have a desk set up with a docking station and dual monitors, that you’d be welcome to use.
