Recently remodeled 3,600 sf house with private pool, sizable backyard. The large rooms and walk in closet are all on the second floor, and can be furnished or unfurnished. There is also a game room on that floor. Large kitchen and full laundry room. There is a gym in the garage. The neighborhood has a large community pool, with a clubhouse and a gym.

I am in my mid 40’s, professional, who loves to cook. I am clean, and organized. I do have two small dogs, but they always stay either in my office or bedroom. I am looking for someone(s) to be a roommate and not just rent a room. The house is way too big just for me and it would nice to have company.
