Room is about 15x18 feet with large closet with shelving for extra storage. lots of windows…and a view of Cowels Mtn. the door now has a pulldown shade of a neutral tone installed -

sorry, any smoking has to be off premises i don’t make the rules…(landlord) and unfortunately, we cannot have pets right now…that is a sad fact.

There is a shared storage room on site. The property is within walking distance of La Mesa Village; super easy access to the farmers market on Friday evenings!

24/7 access to free washer and dryer onsite. Locked mailbox onsite for mail, large enough to fit small/medium packages. Free guaranteed onsite parking in the attached driveway! electricity bill will be split 50/50, typically around $50-60 each, sometimes less. Water/trash will be included in rent.  WiFi included. Please no smoking, no couples, no pets for now, no fire pits, no candles, no overnight guests, no weapons. quiet hours by 1am.

Hello! My name is Cindy and i work fulltime in retail management at Sprouts. I have a variable schedule but I’m typically up before 5am 3x a week. As far as having company… I have grown children and a boyfriend who will usually visit once or twice a week but generally leave around 10pm.

“about me:” . i enjoy cooking and sharing foodie ideas. i am into nutrition and supplements- gymming and hiking are fun things to do… i get along well with people younger and older than myself.

-Not a lot of clutter around the home there is definitely a lived-in feel.

the post office and grocery stores are just a short walk…

the place is roomy the neighbors are relatively quiet…

i can make room downstairs for some furniture, or you can enjoy your room. i need to decompress in the evenings-saying that, I would prefer a roommate who is (generally) quiet, not prone to yelling on the phone, at the TV, at a video game, etc. I will of course be respectful of your privacy and routines.
