I’m looking for a responsible person to live in the private room that has its own bathroom on the first floor in Cutler Bay. The room is furnished (queen mattress) and the ideal person has a full time steady job or is a student and with no criminal record. Rent is $1100 with utilities included (Water, electricity, and High Speed Internet), the use of washer and dryer, and light cooking allowed.
The place is located in a superb neighborhood in Cutler Bay, 5 minutes away from Black Point Marina and 25 minutes away from Miami International Airport. Close to Florida Turnpike and US1. Also, 10 miles away from the Homestead Air Force Base.
Minimum required stay is 3 months. No couples and no pets allowed. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. No use of any type of drugs is allowed.
