**Photos are pre-move in Private room, but shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Quiet street, a couple minute walk from bus lines, shops, restaurants and bars. Small floor unit of an apartment-house. Private back entrance and shared (with upstairs unit) front entrance. Dishwasher, in-unit laundry, WIFI, and basement. Not much furniture, but hopefully that will change soon. Gotta be LGBTQ+ friendly, preferably cannabis friendly, but that is just a plus. You don’t have to be the cleanest or the tidiest but regular, mutual upkeep is important to me. I also have a cat! (Not sure if “bills included” means in the rent or for the property but either way) we would be splitting the cost of utilities (WIFI and RG&E)
Hey, I’m Charlie :) Looking for someone to sublet the remainder of my old roommates part of the lease until August 1st of 2026. I’m LGBTQ+ (I’m trans and queer) and 420 friendly. Neurodivergent with the AuDHD combo. I work on cars, but my heart remains in the Arts <3. I work a lot and until the evenings, and I am more of an introvert, but don’t mind spending time with people I vibe with. Would prefer someone around my age (I’m 19, so I’m thinking early, mid, perhaps even late 20s) but I’m really not that picky.
