I have a room with a shared bathroom available in Flower Mound. $800/mo + utilities (avg. $150-250/mo)

One room for $800/mo or rent both rooms for $1400/mo (use one as an office/ gaming space etc.) NO KIDS

It’s a peaceful neighborhood. Room can be unfurnished before you move in.

Rent is $800/mo plus utilities split 2-3 ways if all rooms are occupied. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If it’s the 1st and you get paid the next day or two, that’s fine. Im a very relaxed individual lol Just dont make it a habit of paying later and later… I’ve dealt with these things in the past and it never ends well.

It is month to month but I would ask that you give a 30 day notice before moving out.

You would have a private room with a shared bathroom. Access to the whole house/ backyard other than my office and other roommates rooms of course. I take care of the property for the most part, I’d just ask that you’re clean and take care of yourself. I’m not a babysitter and communication is key so if there’s something you’d like/ don’t like, just ask/ say so!

No pets, no drugs, no crazy drinking, no crazy parties. I’ve had bad experiences with all of that. You can certainly have people over every once and a while… but I’ve had roommates in the past that treated my home like a frat house. They were out very quickly. Zero tolerance. I may be on the younger side, but I’m not an idiot… I’ll know if you’re on drugs lol I am a professional individual that works hard and I just want to come home to a peaceful house at the end of each day.

Preferably no large furniture but if you do have some let me know and maybe we can figure it out. Garage is full. If we have a bad storm, I put my car in there.

Im one of the most relaxed people you’ll ever meet! Just clean up after yourself, be considerate to others, and just be normal lol seems like thats hard to find these days…

My name is Christian and I’m 26. I work water quality for local government and take life seriously. I like to have fun every now and again but keep to myself mostly. My work hours are all over the place since I’m on call most of the time. I can get called into work at anytime of day/ night but I’m always quiet and mindful of my roommate(s). Typically out the door by 5:30am and home around 4pm.

Currently just me in the house. My girlfriend comes from out of state to visit for up to a month at a time. She’s very quiet and sweet. Keeps to herself. Cleans up after herself.

I keep to myself for the most part but am always open to conversation. If you want to discuss the bathroom/ parking situation with the other roommate, that’s between the two of you, but I can help mediate if necessary.

I’ve got plenty of pantry/ fridge/ kitchen space. In the past, roommates have kept their stuff seperate for the most part and we can share things like spices, laundry detergent, utensils etc. If you want to keep your stuff totally seperate that’s perfectly fine. There’s plenty of room here.
