I own the home and am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms to help with the mortgage. I’m looking for a long term renter (at least a year but willing to negotiate). House has 1.5 bathrooms. ALL UTILITIES included in the $750 rent. I have central air conditioning and gas heat. Great backyard/garden area. Walking distance to the SEPTA train and Main St. Great local bar on the corner. Two incredibly friendly house cats. Hundreds of books to borrow. Hulu, Netflix, and HBO Now also included.
