About the room
Room for rent close to downtown Culver City, shops, restaurants, Expo line, and 10 freeway. It’s a 2 bedroom unit with one private bedroom available. Unfortunately, I need to leave early due to a family situation. The new tenant will take over the lease which runs until be until May 2020. After that point it’s month to month. Security deposit is $900. The room is 10x10 with a large closet space. Single occupants only please.

About the roomies
You’ll be staying with my roommate who is very busy and hardly ever there. She is quiet and has a cat. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Walk down the street a few blocks and you are in downtown Culver City.
