There are male and female roommates. There is only street parking. This is a historic home built in the 1850s, I am always working on small restoring projects but the house is always clean. I have a lot of plants and terrariums. There is a new -full size- mattress and sheets in box in photo, they will be put on before room is rented. It’s an adorable 3 story brick row home in the heart of Lambertville. Friendly neighborhood, great shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and a short walk to the New Hope/Lambertville bridge. There is a bedroom with a big closet available on the second floor with a shared bathroom. There’s a back deck within a flower garden and a front porch to sit and relax.

I am the home owner and I share the third floor. We both work but our schedules are different week to week. Other residents include a cat, and parrot. A cat is welcome but they absolutely would have to be potty trained and get along well with the current resident cat, and parrot. We are laid back, respectful, hard working, creative people.
