This is a two bedroom house in Belvedere Park, south Decatur. The room is 11 x 11. Rent is $450 with a $450 deposit. Internet/water/Power runs between $100-125 a month. We have a cleaning service come ever other week and your half will be $40 for each cleaning. Trust me, having them come is so worth it and really helps keep harmony in the house. LGBTQ+ & 420 friendly. The cats in the photos come with the house. The lease is being renewed on July 1 and you will go on it. Sorry, no dogs

I’m autistic and work from home. It would be best if you did not as it’s a small house. I keep kind of weird hours and usually stay up all night working at least once a week.
