I currently have 1 room available 03/21/26. Current Roommate took another job out of town and is moving. I currently work Full-Time managing a hospital remotely, so my office is located in the home. I have another male roommate that works fulltime with 2 loving dogs, and i have a dog. They are loving lazing, but love to be outside kinda dogs. I am looking to rent the room to another male that will share a bathroom with my current roommate. I expect the bathroom to be cleaned by each person once a week and pick up after yourself. I cook often and don’t mind sharing the food I cook and you eat, then please help clean up kitchen, fill dishwasher, or unload dishwasher. 1st and Last months rent due upon move in, can work to split these up over 2 month.
