• Parking not guaranteed (willing to discuss this)
• Owner (me: male in his 20s) stays in the master bedroom
• Another male in his 20s stays in the downstairs bedroom

• Private room with attached private bathroom on the third floor

• Dimensions: 12 x 10 ft

Amenities/Common Areas:

• 2nd floor is a common floor with dining area, kitchen, living area, and powder room
• Laundry on the 3rd floor

Lease/Price:

• Must stay for at least 6 months
• Please give at least one month’s notice of when moving out
• $800/month including utilities

Rules:

• Take turns cleaning common areas once a week
• No shoes in the house
• Keep common areas clean at all times
• No parties in the house
• No smoking/drinking
• No pets
