About the room

This property is very clean and nice. Located half mile either way from the light rail and close to Tempe marketplace and ASU. Just about 2 mi south of Mesa Riverview. Centrally located and very convenient for many. We are sharing a studio and bathroom Females only.

About the roomies

I am relatively easy going. I am happy to share photos with someone who is interested. I’m very private. I work myself. I am a straight female so I’m not seeking anything other than just a roommate. I have experience with roommates. I know the housing situation can be very tough for people. I prefer a very focused student who just needs good housing and a conducive environment for relaxing and studying. I can also offer a week to week option of $150 per week. There will be some details we need to work out. It is a very large studio. Either you can bring your own twin bed or I can try to get one for you. I have a small dog who is very sweet.
