We are quickly becoming empty nesters. We live about 10 minutes from UCO and have space available. We do have pets so if allergies are an issue we are not the house for you. We will cover the bills. No drugs or marijuana are welcome. Nor can we have sleep overs with our own child still in the home. We have a very quiet neighborhood within a nice gated community. We do have one teenager at home still but he is Sr and is also in and out. Perfect fit for UCO student or whomever is looking for a quiet place to land. Must have 3 solid references.

We are a family of four. We are also an exchange student sponsor. We enjoy spending time with family and friends. We are looking to provide a safe environment for a young person attending college or just starting out. We have pets. (Dogs and cats)
