New townhome located in centralized Houston Medical Center! Seeking students, medical professionals, young peers, and someone chill to live with my dog and I. The house is a 10 minute drive from UH Main Campus! Must be comfortable living with big dog that sheds. First floor of townhome is basically to yourself as the bed/bath is located on first floor. Newly renovated house, very modern fixtures upgraded by seller, with common living spaces furnished and a parking spot inside the garage.

Busy finance corporate gal by day where I mostly WFH and bartender by night on the weekends. I’m looking for a bottom-floor townhouse roomie who’s comfy living with my blind pup in the medical center ☺️. The 1 bed/1 office/1 bath is available for move-in immediately! I enjoy pilates, yoga, and taking my dog Max to the dog park when I have free time. My dog is 6, blind/diabetic, calm, and a large sheperd breed. No cats allowed as I am unfortunately allergic.
